Search Engine To Find People!
Ever thought of finding information about your latest crush? Knowing about the girl/hunk living next door ? ![]()
"123people.com" is a free real-time people-search tool that looks into nearly every corner of the web for information. Using their proprietary search algorithm, you can find comprehensive and centralized person-related information consisting of public records, phone numbers, addresses, images, videos and email addresses. Search facebook and other social networking sites like mySpace, Linkedin, Xing, Wikipedia profiles and much more. All of this rich media profile content is pulled from an extensive list of international as well as regional relevant sources, all to enable you to find people in real time.

There are already many horses in this race of people search like iSearch, Wink, Zoominfo, WikiYou and PeekYou. But 123people.com is a little different from others.
123people.com is primarily a data aggregator, but unlike some of its competitors it goes one step further by aggregating publicly available phone numbers and email addresses for every search result. It’s not perfect though. In addition, 123people also aggregates videos, photos, tags and comments from “hundreds of international sites” including Facebook, Hi5, Xing, YouTube, Last.fm and studiVZ. Users can claim, tag, vote and comment on aggregated profiles on 123people.com.

People-search has few disavantages as well. There are many issues related to it. Privacy is one the major problem. There are many things which we accidentally put on the Internet but wouldn't want ithem to be displayed in public. But, with tools like this which can go so deep, nothing can be protected.
These websites generally have provision to remove personal details on request but it takes time. Generally, you can ask for removal of your personal details by sending an email to their support team.
It is still unpredictable how the world will react to this new domain of search. 5 years ago, sharing your relationship status online was complete NO! NO! But now, some people change their relationship status on facebookalmost daily!!!. But one thing is for sure, the game will completely change if search engine giants enter in this domain.
Who knows what the future has in store? But for now, you can search about anyone you want ![]()
